In this article, we want to talk you through each necessary stage of ordering and collecting your garments - so that you know what to expect when you go through the process yourself. To place an order, you’ll need to consider:
The design stage:
Designing what you want your workwear uniform to look like is an exciting and enjoyable process! We will be here to help make every step simple!
As a company, you will need to consider the type of garments that will suit you best. Do you work in hospitality, in retail or construction? Do you want personalised polo shirts, t-shirts, hi-vis, aprons, jackets or fleeces?
At Upload Printing, we are proud to offer a huge variety of products and colours, which you can purchase individually, in bulk or as part of a bundle offer! We'd be more than happy to help with some recommendations - if you’re struggling to decide, you can come into our store or phone us to discuss your options!
You also have the option to provide your own garments, if you already have these in possession. However, in most cases, we would advise against this, as we can not guarantee that there will not be an occasional accident during the production process and it is generally best that we work with garments that we can replace ourselves.
Providing a logo:
If you’ve got a logo, we will have no problem printing it onto the garments that you select! However, you’ll need to consider the quality of your logo. When you send it to us, is it high quality enough for us to use? Do you have another version you can send us? If not, we offer a logo redraw service for £12.50 where our designers will re-draw your logo to ensure it is ready for printing. You will also be able to keep this redrawn logo for later use.
The ordering process:
Once you have approved a mockup of your workwear, and you are happy with how your garments will look, the next step is to order! You can do this in-store with our shop manager Ellie, or online! At this stage, we ask you to consider:
Mockups: At Upload Printing, we pride ourselves on providing the best service we can. Before you pay for your order, we send you mockups of what your chosen garments and logo will look like. Once you have approved your mockups, you can go ahead and place your order!
Quantity: When ordering, consider how many units of each garment you require! Do you need extras or spares? This might be determined by the industry you work in, for example, if you work in construction, will your uniform get dirty quickly? The great thing about Upload Printing is that once we have your designs/logo on file, there is no minimum order quantity.
Collecting your order:
Your order will be ready to collect within 8 working days from our shop in the centre of Romsey at 7 Market Place, SO51 8NB.
